Today started very well. I actually managed to get out of bed 8.30! So I had my Chocolate shake about 9.00. I don’t feel tired so I am going to try to do some workout. I did also weigh myself today and I have apparently gone done 3 kg since Sunday…
They’re cutting us off the water today for a couple of hours, so I have been filling up bottles with water, or else I can’t have my shakes! And I am drinking a lot of water, which also makes me go to the toilet a lot…. Hope they won’t hold the water too long!

I did manage to work out a bit! So that’s positive! I had lunch 12.30 so this is going well I think. I might actually have all five portions today + some extra fruit.

Went for the “Chicken” soup today for dinner. Felt a bit sick after, so I think I am just going to drop that one. Stick to my Chocolate shakes and bars. If I can…

Went for a walk and had a chocolate shake again at 19.30 and some fruits just now, grapes and Clementine NOM. So I didn't have all my five portions but at least I had four.
